1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Simply Tudor Tours, located in England and Wales (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada and Australia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Simply Tudor Tours are not eligible.
Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted from 1 October 2025 through 31 December 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
Entries must be submitted via the official Meta Instant Form during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries cannot be transferred, resubmitted, or edited once submitted.
Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a complimentary trip experience with your tour hosts, Sarah Morris and Adam Pennington, including all standard on-tour activities and accommodations provided by Simply Tudor Tours for the duration of the tour, as determined by Simply Tudor Tours.
Winner is responsible for all travel to and from the tour’s starting location, as well as any lodging, meals, or personal expenses before or after the tour.
Winner may bring a guest at their own expense.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $9650 or £7,200.
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged.
Winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes, duties, or charges associated with the prize.
Simply Tudor Tours reserves the right to revoke, modify, or cancel the prize or participation at any time, including for conduct inconsistent with tour standards or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at a time selected by Simply Tudor Tours.
The potential winner will be notified via email or direct message and must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility.
Before the prize is confirmed, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release within three (3) days of receipt. Failure to return these documents on time will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Winner must hold valid travel documentation (e.g., passport, visas) and is solely responsible for obtaining any required travel insurance.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Release & Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Simply Tudor Tours, Sarah Morris, Adam Pennington, Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram), and their affiliates from any liability related to participation, travel, or acceptance of the prize.
Simply Tudor Tours is not responsible for technical issues, cancellations, or expenses outside the stated prize.
9. Publicity & Marketing Materials
By entering and/or accepting the prize, the winner grants Simply Tudor Tours and its partners the perpetual right to use their name, likeness, voice, image, and participation in photographs, videos, and other materials for advertising, publicity, and promotion — including social media, websites, and future marketing campaigns — without additional compensation.
Participation in filming and marketing content is a condition of accepting the prize.
10. General Conditions
Simply Tudor Tours reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other causes affect its integrity.
All decisions by Simply Tudor Tours are final and binding.
11. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
13. Winners List
To request the winner’s name, send an email with the subject line “Trip with Sarah Sweepstakes Winner Request” to [Insert Contact Email] after 15 January 2026.
